It’s been 90 days since I have got braces on upper teeth. The upper teeth was not in line since my childhood but now it's in right row.
This time, in this consultation the doctor changed the wire more thicker one. both upper and bottom. Told me that next time he will take a new mold so we could consider which teeth to remove. So I will get the first remove in August I guess.
I've never seen my upper teeth is so in row, and I can pronouce the sound "th" now. I can do that many times th th th th..
it hurts a little , especially four front teeth in upper, but not serious pain. the second tooth in both side is moving quite much, and first tooth too.
it used to be like this. It changed a lot in 90 days.
those teeth are quite larger than average, so it came out , like,, how do you say , protruding tooth??
anyway it's better than 3 months ago.

二か月が経過し、4回目の受診でした。
今回は上下のワイヤーを太いものに交換。前の細いワイヤーはメタルで全面に白いコーティングがされていましたが、今回のものはコーティングなし、白いメタルです。
まだ二か月ですが、上顎は、かなり捻じれと上下のでこぼこが治っており、けっこう満足しています。
特に向かって左の二番目の歯がかなり全面に出てきて、他の歯と横並びになりました。抜歯しなくてもここまで並ぶとは意外です。前歯の左はさすがにスペースが足りないのでまだ捻じれています。
まだ当面抜歯はせずに、捻じれだけを治していく方針とのことです。
矯正前のこれと比べるとかなり良い感じ。
これがワイヤー取り付け直後ですが、かなり上下のバラバラが目立ちますが、今はまっすぐに近くなっているのがわかります。
ひとつ残念なのが、向かって左の2番目の歯、後ろから出てきたら、いままで見えなかった部分に小さな虫歯を発見。これを進行させずに治さないといけません。

下顎のワイヤーが前につっぱってきて、下唇の内側を切り裂くので、

現在。
見た目にはわかりづらいが、上顎前歯4本はそれぞれ左右に隙間ができていて、動いている実感あります。右1番はさすがに直っていませんが、右2番は奥から出てきているし、左2番は若干奥に引っ込みました。
下はわかりづらいけど、両方とも4番に隙間ができてきているので、捩れが治ってきているようです。
下の前歯はまだ未着手だけどはやく凸凹を直したいです。
